There is no truth to the rumor that to counteract the rising popularity of Grace Poe, the public-relations (PR) handlers of VP Jejomar Binay want him to petition the court to change his first name to Graciano. (As people are now making fun of his Jejomar first name.) But allegedly one wise guy among Mr. Binays PR consultants killed the idea as he said that people would make fun of it by linking him with former COMELEC Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano of the Hello, Garci fame.
