Breaking news names released in Manchester fatal motorcycle crash The operator and passenger of the motorcycle have been identified as Richard Frink, 58, of Manchester and his passenger, Deborah Smith, 51, also of Manchester, NH. Frink and Smith were not wearing helmets at the time of the crash. Smith remains in ICU at the Boston Medical Center. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Manchester Police Traffic Unit.
