Breaks my heart to see so many truly hateful comments on a gay couples photo today, and not any notable Christians standing against the ugliness. Most of the haters were Christians. I dont post much about this issue but know this: For those of you who claim to be Christian; no matter what your opinion is on the matter, calling them names, spitting hate, and saying they deserve to be bound to hell is, to say the very LEAST, completely counterintuitive to your very claim to know Christ. It is this very behavior that causes the division and strife we see today in the world, and people writing off God because they have to deal with too many peoples warped representation of the gospel. I do not blame them AT ALL. Step away from your ignorant fear for a bit and challenge yourself to think about what Christ may really say about the issue... I absolutely promise you its a lot more loving that calling someone a fag or worthless.
