Breakups hurt. The moment you breakup is almost unimaginable, unexplainable and cruel. You feel a burn in your heart, suffocation, and your thoughts are shattered, you can barely breathe, and you lose sense of time and the place around you. The moment you break up, you feel a combination of fear, loneliness and loss altogether. After a long term relationship based on trust and love, a breakup feels even worse than a death of a relative. I’m not exaggerating. Some of us have been there, and maybe continue to feel the same as we read this. Breakups are sad. Breakups deny the chance of unborn children that could’ve witnessed the beauty of this life, BUT! Let me tell you this. I am happy for your breakup. Now, I’m happy for all the times a girl broke my heart, A breakup breaks down your heart in pieces that will only require a stronger force of love to put it back altogether. A breakup will make you cry your eyes out. It washes all the imperfections you used to see yourself with, and clears out your eyesight to see your future, just brighter. When you breakup, You know yourself worth, You rediscover yourself, You learn to love yourself, *REASON 2 to be THANKFUL* You learn that there are people out there that will do almost anything to be with you, to love you, respect you and be loyal to you, There are people that wanna know everything about you from your favorite color to your childhood memories, There are people who can make you laugh, kiss you on your forehead and remind you they are blessed they found you. There are people eager to plan their future with you. Live till 90 with you and will make you question why you were so afraid to fall in love in the first place.
