Breastfeeding Support Groups A mutual support group designed to help mothers initiate and maintain breastfeeding for longer. The group discusses different topics e.g bonding, positioning and attachment, expressing milk and demand feeding providing reassurance and moral support, particularly to mothers new to breastfeeding. Antenatal mothers who are considering breastfeeding are also welcome to come along. • Milky Mommas every Wednesday from 11.30am-1.00pm in ARC Healthy Living Centre.
