Brian Gates and I are having one of those weeks that no matter what we do it isnt going to work out well. The power surge we had fried my laptop charger. I had to rescue Brian at 2 am on ice and snow when one car lost its charge thankfully just clearing the railroad tracks. The other commuter car has lost its water pump. Today I went too work at 630 so I could go home to get Nora for swim lessons only to lock my keys in the truck and she missed her lesson. Thank you Tandra Lindsey for driving down to Sunriver on crappy roads to rescue my girls. I went to work at 6 am on Mon and Tues to get ahead only to leave at 230 one day because schools shut down and 130 yesterday because management didnt want us on the roads. Brian has hit his 70 hours in 5 very long days. Abbie McBride thank you for pulling more than your weight this week by taking care of Nora. Sure wish Nana could come for a week to help me balance this all. But still I think of all this and am thankful for it all. We are healthy, have a warm home, jobs and though life is overwhelming at times we are blessed beyond measure.
