Brian Jennings How long have you been in the HVAC industry and where are you at at your stage in your career? Just want to get some input from others. Me, Im a 3 rd generation HVAC tech, now service manager for a decent sized out fit. My grandfather on my dads side started out in Delray in the late 50s with a family business doing mainly electrical but got into air conditioning as well. My father took over, is a Class B a/c contractor and state certified electrical contractor as well. Weve since sold the family business and took jobs. Grandfather on my moms side was a class A a/c contractor as well, so you could say its in my blood.
