Bridging the Gap is currently recruiting for a motivated trainer located in our Rockingham office. Responsible for planning and delivering training courses and other appropriate programs to JSA clients with a view to empower, motivate and support them to increase their skill level, the Job Services Trainer will contribute to the achievement of the sites performance by ensuring jobseekers have access to and participate in appropriate quality training packages that will lead to sustainable employment opportunities. It is expected the Trainer will be responsible to support the Employment Services staff in the coordination and the effective delivery of both training and job opportunities within the prescribed ESA.
