Bridlington Retired Greyhound of the year was awarded to Lizzie from Whitby who will be going forward to the national competition in Nottingham in September. Reserve was Matt..purely for pulling through being paralysed, touch and go if he would pull through, but with strength, love and care from his parents he is now back to his normal self. Greyhound who achieved most for family life....went to Harry who lived in York, sadly he was pts a few days before due to a stomach tumor. In his retirement he changed the lives of his loving family so very much and was loyal to them right to the end. Photos of greyhounds and dog show will be on our website soon, look out for it. Some really good photos. best in show in the fun dog show went to Anya aged 5 for the way she handled her greyhound Daisy who has only been living with the family for 3 weeks. Fancy dress went to Donna with 2 greyhound punks 2nd to Sally the pink ballerina and 3rd to dear George as an indian, well done to all
