Brilliant answer of the week- went on an ice machine service call at a hotel I just started working at. I ask the young man at the desk which machine is not working? He looks at me puzzled and then his brain started kicking in and with a sincere honest response says "I guess the one with no ice in it. " At this moment an involuntary action took place and my head leaned to the side like a dog hearing a strange noise and all I could do is stare at him. Guess I was supposed to walk around a 90 room hotel looking for it.
