Bring it on SPAD. Sue or charge them. As far as I am concerned, only the Court can declare the legality or illegality of something. You may bring them to court and subpoena them but dont act as if you are a judge, who is qualified to determine if Uber has broken the law. You can say, SPAD has the capacity to investigate the legality of Uber, and if found to be inconsistent with law, should either report to Attorney Generals Chamber or to PDRM to prosecute. Whats with this declare this and declare that issue. Totally ANNOYED by the irresponsibility of these statutory body acting beyond their capacity, thinking that they are given the right to adjudicate. If Uber is really illegal, charge them. Bring them to court before declaring it. Thats misleading. If Uber is not found guilty, or not charge, I would like to suggest that they sue SPAD and their chairman for defamation, and also make a police report against SPAD for criminal defamation. How arrogant.
