Bringing S&C to mainstream. Heres lunge matrix series i like to use prior to a lower body lift or training session, a regular lunge is really only going to hit quads, hams and glutes at best. With the lunge matrix series is allows you to move in different planes (diagonial, lateral etc) activating/stretching different muscles. The adductors, abductors, groin and more may not be used effectively during a regular lunge for a movement prep series therefore the use of the lunge matrix is warranted. These can be utilised effectively during movement prep for team sport training sessions also.
