Britt Fair, President: Attached is our monthly look at the NTREIS sales volume in the DFW area. Dollar volume of home sales in DFW hit another record, with the $1.282 billion in sales eclipsing the prior record for February that was set just a year ago. Dollar volume was up 20% versus that of February 2013, most of which was from the 18% increase in average sales price, with transaction volumes only 2% higher than February 2013.
