Brittney Cooper said, "This is asinine. And let us be clear that this is why ALL groups should care how the country thinks about race. This man was victimized largely because the mentality of this court is to hammer away all legal recognition of racial identity, even when as in this case, a racial argument is not even being made!!!!! There is no conceivable reason why this man will not be parenting his daughter. No effing reason."
