Brodie was building a Lincoln Log fort while I prepared lunch. I heard frustrated sounds from him (he said the instructions were wrong - I think he was right) so I saw generally how it was supposed to be and helped him finish the fort. Not five minutes later, I hear the crash of Lincoln Logs and an expression of exasperation from Brodie - he accidently dropped a horse and demolished the fort. Waving a dollar bill at me, he says, Gromma, Ill give you a dollar if you rebuild the fort for me. :-) Its nice to feel needed.
