Broken car, stuck on base for Thanksgiving. But rather than treat it as bad thing it has made me reflect on all that I have. Im thankful for my family, Don Cummins and Crystal Davis Cummins, David Michael Cummins and Felicia Cummins, Parker Lee Thomas Cummins, Maggie Cummins, George Cummins and Vanessa Cummins, George Cummins and Dianna Collins, Amy Cummins Snuffin and Ed Snuffin. And all of my nieces and nephews who will soon be carrying on the family tradition of being awesome. Im thankful for those who came before us, from tradesmen and settlers working the entirety of their lives in an effort to survive and make a better tomorrow, and the soldiers who fought and defended our freedom and liberty. Also the preachers and teachers Thomas E. Hill and Dora Hill, many of whom suffered daily verbal or physical abuse at the hands of non-believers but continued to press on. In no small part because of an overwhelming love for their fellow man. Im also thankful for those that made no difference, but lived day to day trying to do their absolute best. Im thankful for the planet, a beautiful gift from God, and the people that work to preserve the most pristine areas. Im thankful for the U.S.A, the greatest nation on Earth, and home to some of the greatest people to be found. And the accessories that come with being a citizen of this nation, from the freedom to the wealth of products. And lastly Im thankful for tomorrow, every day brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. It is what we make of it. Happy Thanksgiving and God bless yall.
