Brokerage Manager Job Description SBI Royal Securities Plc is a subsidiary of SBI Holdings (SBIH) based in Japan. SBIH is a listed company on Tokyo stock exchange and it has about 100 consolidated subsidiaries around the world. SBIH began its Cambodian business in 2008 by establishing Phnom Penh Commercial Bank, and it has achieved a lot of valuable performances within short period of time. In line with new stock exchange opening in Cambodia, SBI Royal Securities Plc is looking for qualified and dynamic candidates to fill in the position of : Brokerage Manager Main Responsibilities - Developing the market by getting both new individual and institutional clients. - Assisting the management in implementing marketing strategy and plan. - Building up strategic alliance with both internal and external business partners. - Guiding and supervising brokerage team. Main Requirements - University degree in finance or related field. - At least 5 year working experienced, preferably in banking, finance, sales and marketing. - Familiarity with the securities business is preferred. - Proven track record in business development. - Possess outstanding interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with fluent written and spoken English. Other language is an advantage. - Ability to undertake multi-tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Computer literate (Ms Office, Internet and email).
