These organisations are tasked with building, refurbishing, maintaining and managing the UKs housing stock, buildings and civil infrastructure. We can supply temporary or permanent staff anywhere in the UK. Bromak Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for a resourcer/administrative assistant to join their busy trades desk in the sheffield office. ·It is essential that you have experience in a phone based role, ideally target based as you will be calling candidates regarding latest job roles ·Experience in an administrative role will be ideal, as you will be formatting CV’s, registering candidates on our systems, setting up candidate contracts etc. ·You will be speaking to clients and candidates over the phone, it is essential that you have a professional manner ·You will be an excellent problem solver and think on your feet ·You will have a positive and can do attitude, especially towards candidates and clients ·You will be adaptable to working in a flexible environment and be good at dealing with change and progression ·It is essential that you have the ability to multi task and can deal with pressure in a calm and professional manner ·You must have a resilient and conscientious personality, and be prepared to work hard in this role In return for the right candidate, we are offering a permanent role with a generous salary of £14,000 - £16,000 relative to experience.
