Brothers and Sisters I was just on Grenada Broadcast and someone on the shout box made a valid point on the 6% raise in Ministers Salary which made a 360% turn because of pressure from the 22,000 strong and growing rapidly. The gentleman made a point about the call to the Past Ministers of the NDC Govt to sacrifice and forgo the Gratuity that was owed to them. We must remember Comrades the NDC had already sacrifice a 5% decrease in salary when they went into office in 2008, he made a crucial point that the Gratuity is moneys EARNED and OWED to these Ministers and is TOTALLY a different issue to the raise in salary by the existing regime which replace the 5% plus attempted to add another 6% WHAT a SHAME in times like these. The PM is just attempting to do some damage control on the shame he has brought to bear on the Govt. LONG LIVE THE STRUGGLE. FORWARD EVER! BACKWARD NEVER! One Love, One Heart. Strong and United.
