Brothers and Sisters it is ultimately time to accept the facts that unless short of a miracle occurring, the issue on the back pay will not be settled until the Spring General Assembly. The legislature needs to add the additional provisional bill that will provide acquiring the necessary funds to pay off the outstanding balance of what is owed to us and what has taken almost three years to complete!!!
