Brought me to tears like it was yesterday. The guy was a great man. John knew him well since they worked together. I knew his sister well and before he got sick she always talked about her brother. He was the best and did so much for his sister and family. Huge heart of gold. What he went through was so hard to follow when he was going through it. Always worked his butt off and his life just out of the blue completely changed. So sad to watch, but so amazing also to watch how he was loved. He truly truly was. Nothing fake about this video they went to his house everyday to keep his spirits up. They would take a truck out of service if needed to make sure some of the guys on shift would get to go visit him. I bet all the awareness of ALS with the ice bucket challenge is bittersweet. Hopefully all the millions they have raised does make a difference in someone elses life. Wish John was still here for that. Thinking of you Tonya Bruce
