Bubble Busting Time!!! Emotional eating is a myth, there is only one mechanism in the body that says EAT and thats low blood glucose. When you give into simple desires you are doing nothing more than acknowledging you dont believe in yourself. This disbelief makes every temptation harder to resist. Example Lady A has a bad day she decides to go workout. Lady B decides to go sit on her ass and eat $hit. Lady A feels better, stress is reduced, looks better, and has no regret.
