An aspect that needs to be changed through using media to shift the view of people with a disability from empathy to effectiveness. The media must represent stories of people with a disability as people deserving of full rights, and success stories, where officials and decision makers have to carry responsibility of merging them with the community. Budeir called on specializing hours of electronic media for the people with a disability, and founding a channel that is managed by people with a disability to promote the stories of their success. The conference resulted in recommendations of issuing official policies that support people with a disability, through spreading awareness, specializing courses in schools and universities and establishing audio-visual programs that help keep them updated.
