Bueno días mi bestias . Beach cardio ☀️ Warm up walking about .40 mile Stretch 1 mile away from beach A few free weight exercises I did all legs ( healing left shoulder) . Sun was kicking so I did 2 sets Preferably I would of like to do 4 sets. . . If you notice I always advise to stretch after the muscle are warm up this could prevent serious injuries. . .Day 3 of raw eating so happy about what is on the menu for today
