Buharis certificate saga reminds me of the conversation I had with an Hausa man who lifted me from Poly Junction in Bida to Suleja sometimes in 2005. He made me understand how Yoruba and some other tribes in the south had destroyed themselves in Nigeria. That when a Yoruba man seek fellow Yoruba man for assistance into Civil Service, he would be asked to produce credentials including NYSC certificate but Hausa would need to present Curriculum Vitae alone and job would be granted him. So many Hausa guys in civil service today without required qualifications. Ask them for certificate dem no get but dem CV go read say dem get BSc (Hons.) in History from Bayero University. The quota system, Federal Character and co are not helping us in this country.
