Building the perfect Nitrogen Bon-Bon Sundae: This weeks warmer - TopicsExpress

Building the perfect Nitrogen Bon-Bon Sundae: This weeks warmer weather makes for a perfect time to enjoy this treat served downstairs at our markets ice cream stand. The process of making the sundae is enough to make your mouth water. After using liquid nitrogen to build a base ice cream at minus 320 degrees Fahrenheit, we add salted caramel and then blend the two again. Once frozen, we roll the ice cream in candied pecans and freeze again. Then we brulee half of a banana slice and drizzle caramel inside the sundae bowl before placing a warm brownie at the bottom and covering it with banana-flavored whipped cream. Add the crunchy banana next to the bon-bon in the bowl and you have an amazing sundae! #SundialStPete #ILoveTheBurg #icecream #brownies #banana #delicious
