Built a garage for a women (miss) 6 week project inc extras & freebies as usual inc garage floorpaint, was made to wait 4/5 weeks for final payment inc extras £1400.00, women refused to pay extras gave me £1000.00 , so I have refused to go back and paint garage floor & sort few minor snags. Have now recieved letter from trading standards. To explain my actions and my intentions on doing the work .ffs what a piss take .
