Bureaucracy generates its own weather. Turns out the IRS "BOLO" that targeted the Tea Party? Also named Progressives and Open-Source Software organizations. Nevertheless, right-wing conspiracy theorists remain convinced of an Obama Conspiracy, amongst a horde of Obama Conspiracies. Just like left-wing conspiracy theorists remain convinced of a Bush Conspiracy behind 9/11, amongst a horde of Bush Conspiracies. I believe the rain falls on the righteous and the wicked. Confirmation bias abounds, and even those aware of it remain vulnerable. As Sidney Smith coined in the eighteenth century, "Never try to reason the prejudice out of a man. It was not reasoned into him, and cannot be reasoned out."
