If you have a baby approaching weaning age then you this may interest you. I have tried different approaches with my girls but with Uma I baby led weaned her. I have to say it was great and she is the best eater, she will taste anything and has a really varied taste in food. Its messy at first but only for a short time, she was a very neat eater by 12 mths. It just makes so much sense to allow them to enjoy food in its original form, colour and texture rather then mashed up.
