Burger It - Hawthorn (Star Spangled Banner $11.50) 9/10 They claim to be Australias Greatest Hamburgers and theyre definitely not far from it. With the choice of having your pattie medium rare or well done with a menage a trois of sauces, it boasts flavour that will have you coming back for more. Topped with cheese melted on the pattie as it cooks, shredded lettuce and a slightly sweet bun, this is a burger that makes it to the top of my list. Not to forget the pickles that accent and provide that saltiness you crave in most burgers. (also recommended is the Alamo) soon to be reviewed. Enjoy fellow ham hunters!
