Burgerking in Franklin.... Drive through. Order is placed and taken nicely and politely. Whilst waiting at window with not a car in sight behind us...we ask can we add to the order?...we are asked what would you like to add..a burger...no sorry we cant add that... Husband says Im going to.ask why. He asks. Husband....why? Bk girl...because our burgers are made when you order and because erm (insert tiny confused I have no clue why voice here) because were not allowed. Really? No line. Not a car in sight. It would have been simple to say could you wait a second? Ill have to put on separate receipt...but nope. Just not allowed.
