Beginners: go down halfway. Advanced: your thighs should be parallel to the floor in the squat position. ✨✨ Coming out of the squat, squeeze your buns hard when you come up to the standing position. In the squat, your knees should be behind your toes and pointing in the same direction. ✨✨ Inhale going down, exhale coming up. ✨✨Keep your chest up and back flat.✨✨As with all exercise you should do a little warm up. ✨✨Finish off with a quick stretch.
