Join us for a stroll back in time to the 1940’s at Memory Lane Heritage Village in Lake Charlotte, Eastern Shore. This is an award winning living history museum depicting coastal rural life in Nova Scotia during the 1940’s including life during and after the Second World War. Plan for a minimum two-hour guided tour amongst the many buildings of the town finishing with a wonderful homemade cookhouse chow including soup, baked beans, bread, beverage and dessert - all made and served right in the cookhouse, a beautiful detailed replica of the original. On return, if time, we hope to dip our toes in the water at Clam Harbour Beach. Cost of trip includes transportation, village tour and cookhouse chow/lunch.
