The focus of this role is to deliver outstanding business solutions to our customers through our extensive distribution network. You’ll work with our passionate and dedicated branch teams and will focus on organic growth of large accounts whilst creating new business opportunities. This role has a Safety focus and will be based out of Gladstone or Rockhampton. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving new sales activities to deliver profitable growth through existing and new customers within the Safety segment Transitioning new sales to our network for ongoing management Developing relationships with Suppliers, Major Accounts and Internal Stakeholders Assisting in the development and execution of the regions Sales Plan. To be considered for the opportunity, you will have a proven track record in sales and business development combined with the ability to manage high end key accounts ideally from the Safety, Electrical or Trade industry. You are commercially focused and have good business acumen. You’ll bring superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of drive and enthusiasm. Product and industry knowledge in the Safety, Electrical or Industrial markets is highly desirable however the drive and desire to succeed is the key.
