#BusinessDeveloperRMWealthManagement #Dubai, #UAE Job Description: Job Purpose: •To support the Sector Lead to maintain and grow sector clients in the company through regular proactive engagement, a thorough understanding of client business models and potential areas for growth together excellent customer service and to support the acquisition of new clients by sector Lead through research, briefings, meetings and conference support. In all aspects of the role. Focus will be around client engagement, new client proposals, account follow up and deepening the relationships with existing clients within the centre. Relationship Management: •Engage proactively with existing clients to understand their business within the centre and to work with the client to understand growth potential and long-term planning for the centre. Through excellent Relationship management, build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients •Initiate and lead meetings with existing clients to ensure continuous business updates which enables to build stronger retention and expansion strategy Manage Client Development: •Initiate meetings and sometimes lead meetings between company and existing clients to ensure continuous business updates which enables to build stronger retention and expansion strategy •Assist the Director and at times initiate and lead, in meeting potential clients; understanding their business needs/aspirations in the context of offering •Work closely with the Director on identifying and developing strategies for attracting potential clients through appropriate products and services Analyze industry information and formulate effective market entry strategies through marketing, sponsorships and conferences to achieve departmental objectives •Support and help manage all clients of the sector, ensuring enhanced client satisfaction Manage all parts of the Client Adoption Process; i.e. Onboarding / working with DFSA / ROC and Leasing. Support the Client in case if there is issue in set up activities such as leasing of office space, entity registration/incorporation with the ROC and employee sponsorship, etc. and coordinate with the respective departments/units Support Departmental Objectives: •Provide recommendations to process improvements to enhance client experience, by simplifying and streamlining where possible operational processes, involved in the induction of clients into such as Application Registration and liaison with the company and ROC •Engage with the IT team to ensure that the SAP system remains optimal and fit for purpose, identifying any improvements to process and increased productivity •Work with other sectors to ensure alignment of best practice across the Business Development Team Spread Awareness of Competitiveness and Positioning: •Network and interact with industry councils and government delegations and build ties with the centre and explore new opportunities. •Ensure Corporate brand image is maintained consistently while interacting with potential clients Desired Profile: •Previous experience in a client advisory role working with High Net Worth clients •Previous experience of working with UAE domiciled clients is strongly preferred •Candidate must possess sound knowledge of global financial markets. •A strong knowledge of a wide range of asset classes as well as demonstrable knowledge of global economic and political conditions and current affairs and how these affect client behaviours. •Proven success and ability to work in a target orientated, pressurised sales environment •Strong relationship builder and manager with the ability to evolve deep rooted relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
