Or maybe youre like me and just want to go hang out at the park on a gorgeous day...then this is the workout for you ladies! • Plank: 1 x Failure (hold as long as you possibly can) • Wide Arm Push-Ups (modified, if needed): 3 x 10 • Superman: 3 x 15 • Crab Walk (Side to Side Squat Walk): 3 x 20 • Mountain Climbers: 3 x 10 (each side) • Bicycles: 3 x 15 (each side)
