Busy, busy, busy: Preparing to finish up the year and getting other things done outside of that can make for a very busy time. It is important to take time out and invest in the relationships that are important to you. For me the great relationship is with God and spending time reading my Bible, then spending time with my beautiful wife. When I spend time with God in His Word I am a better husband, friend and person. The lessons learnt help to be the man I am created and called to be. Proverbs 1:5 puts it like this Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance. We want to be doers of the Word not just readers of the Word. Proverbs 10:17, Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray. When your busy what do you do? How can you find time to obtain guidance?
