Busy week doing food projects. Got a bunch of apple pie filling jarred. Tried using agave to replace some of the sugar. Turned out well. Spiced apple rings to be done today, as well as my annual cooking of the Halloween pumpkins to make a huge stack of pumpkin pies. Also helping make lumpia for my sisters birthday today and got around to trying to make a gluten free sourdough starter. Oh, and about 2 gallons of apple cider viniger started as well.
