But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou - TopicsExpress

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. Matt 6:6 Dear Facebook friends, brethren and sisters. I know at times it can be overwhelming to attempt to make diligent effort to pray for all the prayer request we see come across our facebook feed. Not only these, but the ones we learn about through our weekly walk among co-workers and others we come in contact with at church, etc. Being specific about who and what a prayer request is will help the intercessor perhaps to have a follow up talk with The Lord about that person and their situation, and allow us to inquire to the person directly as to how they are doing, and so the prayer request can be passed along to others. Then there is the prayer request that is void of details for your understanding as to who and what. Our God tells us to pray from our closets secretly, and He will reward us openly. Please ask God to bless those who are praying in secret only unto God about their situation. Often times these people do not wish to burden their beloved brethren with their cause. Enter into your closet and secretly pray for others who are in their prayer closet secretly praying, trusting God to provide for them. You may never know who or what others are praying for, but God does, and He WILL reward openly. Secretly pray for those that are secretly praying. I believe it is one of the secrets to answered prayer.
