Butters Barela: Id like to thank Long Beach parking enforcement for creating unnecessary hardship in my life yesterday. I was parked on the correct side of the street, but some lovely parking officer must have scanned my plates and seen my unpaid citations(which I had been paying off every check and I have not gotten any new ones in almost 2 months) and towed my car. Now I have to somehow come up with the money to pay all of the tickets, tow fees and storage fees. I do not have anyone to borrow money off of and if I use my check next week, then I have no money for my rent, car payment or food. So thanks to Parking Enforcement for putting my livelihood in peril, all because you want to meet your quotas and make money off of me before the holiday.
