By Emmanuel Mwamba EDGAR LUNGU APPOINTS NGOSA SIMBYAKULA AS PF CHAIRPERSON FOR THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE, CALLS FOR PARTY ELECTIONS IN JANUARY PF President Edgar Lungu has appointed Minister of Home Affairs, Ngosa Simbyakula as PF Chairperson of Disiplinary Committee, a position he held. Speaking at a mammoth rally held on Muchinga grounds in Mansa, Lungu disclosed that he has called for party elections countrywide to help reorganise the Party. Lungu who gave his entire speech in fluent Bemba also took time to introduce his spouse Esther. Esther thanked the people and express gratitude to the leadership of PF for showing confidence in her husband. nshilapwishya she answered when President Lungu tried to make her wind up her speech. she said only God allowed for Lungu to be President. Lungu joked that; Aba Bamayo kuti bakupoka ichipuna icha ku Chawama and the crowd cheered to witness this close exchange of friendly words between the couple. The rally that was attended by a massive crowd braved the heat and stayed on the whole day to get a glimpse of Lungu. Lungu urged party members to allow as many new people in the party. He stated that apolitical party should be like a growing Church that should allow as many new members as possible. He also called for Discipline and Order in the party Ilyo ba Sata bansalile Kalemba batile let a umuchinshi mu cipani PF Chairperson, Inonge Wina who is regarded as heroine of the struggle to make Lungu Party President thanked members of the party for electing Lungu at a popular General Conference. She also took time to thank God stating that although the struggle was difficult, the burden was made light by the hand of God which was upon her and her colleagues . And Secretary General Davies Chama stated that it was time to reorganise the party and encouraged members to promote unity. And Chishimba Kambwili said Lungu has great leadership attributes and requires support Other speakers included opposition leaders Mike Mulongoti, and ABZ President Father Frank Bwalya, Given Lubinda, and Chishimba Kambwili also took time to address the mammoth crowd.
