HIGH COURT ADJOURNS SAMPAS CASE TO MONDAY 22nd DECEMBER 2014 EDGAR LUNGU TO FILE WITHOUT INCUMBERANCE The Lusaka High Court has adjourned the case in which Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa is requesting the Lusaka High Court to join him to the Consent Judgment Judge Mungeni Mulenga stated that she has criminal cases pending and would spend the whole day on Friday hearing the matters. Today was spent hearing a preliminary application whether contempt case should be heard first before an application to hear Sampas application for a joinder. This clears for Edgar Lungu to File his presidential nominations as the case has become literally academic. The process to ensure that Sampa contests the Consent Judgment is long and cannot be completed soon
