By the banks own admission I was not in my bank branch when the bank issued the bank draft and handed it out to a third party debited to my bank account in the sum of £25,000 by the defendant banks own admission, before the Court, the defendant bank issued signed and handed out the sum of £25,000 bank draft paid out of my personal bank accout acting throughout without my signed order...I was a sole account holder both the bank and the Judge turned a blind eye to the fact that the bank was not entitled to act as it did without my signed order...
