By the way, this is how I have been preparing my corn on the cob since I discovered this technique last summer...it really does work!! Different from this video: I wrap my corn on the cob in a wet paper towel and cook for 2.5 minutes...that is how I was told to do it. Not sure if it makes a difference, but it comes out perfectly every time. It is fast and so nice to not heat up the kitchen by boiling it in water. Grilling is also a great way to cook corn...I keep that in the husks, too.
