By this time in the workout my back was hurting me really bad not die if you can see my face but I pushed on and tried my hardest to keep form and stay with the fight the pain is only temporary but trust me at this point I wanted to roll into a ball or something my back pain was that bad. It still hurts but Im not working out right now.I want to state this for everyone no matter what you may be going through sister it be physical pain or something at home whatever it may be regardless stop making excuses and kick that workout in the balls.
