CAKE PARADISE ......... If the eyes had no tears Then the soul would have no rainbow .... YUMMY #YUMMY# CAKE # BY MY LITTLE ANGEL (DAUGHTER ) A SPEICAL GIFT FOR HER BIG. BRO .... I know all of you will ask its recipe ... But friends believe me its 100% her effort ???she locked the kitchen n do it herself ....saying dat she wont share her secret .HAHAHA .... But I ll try to explain ... First she bake different colours muffins using the same basic vanilla cake recipe ... Then she cut the small pieces out of these coloured muffins . Prepare the batter of basic vanilla cake mixture . Place these baked cupcakes pieces in between the batter bake as usual cake . In the same manner she prepared another cake also with chocolate flavour . Then she arrange them using whipped cream. cover it with whipped cream and then sprinkle all over sprinkles ..... Result is this awesome masterpiece .... Please give her compliments ... Sakshi ...my sweetheart ... I m really proud of her .... Lucky to have such a talented daughter .... Touch wood .... Tell you one more thing its het first attempt this type of Cake .... Love her ... Ingredients : maida 1 cup , baking powder 1 tsp , baking soda 1/2 tsp , corn flour or custard powder 1 1/2 tb sp ... Sieve all the ingredients and keep aside . Condensed milk 1/2 tin (200 gms ) , castor sugar 2 tbsp , oil 1/3 cup (80ml ) or melted butter 80 gms , milk 1/2 cup ( approx ) essence of your choice 1 tsp . Method : beat together sugar n milkmaid till fluffy . Gradually add oil and again beat . Add milk and maida mixture alternatively little at a time . Beat till light n fluffy for (3-4 mins approx ) pour in 7 inches greased & dusted baking tin and bake at 160 c preheated oven for 35-40 min or till done . NOTE : in microwave bake at 155 c on convention mode for 20-25 mins ... Cool it completely . For finishing the cake :150 low fat soya cream ( it is easily available in the market in frozen form . Scrape the required quantity . Thaw it in fridge . Whip it at moderate speed .) you can use fresh diary cream . Add icing sugar n whip it over the bowl of ice cubes . ( 250 gms cream + 2-3 tbsp of icing sugar & 1 tsp essence ) . Beat it with the help of electric beater at medium speed .note : Please dont over beat otherwise cream will turns into butter ...... Method : slice the cake horizontally into two or three layers . Place it on a serving dish . Spread whipped cream .Then place another piece of cake & repeat the process . Cover the cake with cream completely . Decorate with sprinkler Enjoy .... :) :) :)
