CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM CYPRUS, LITHUANIA, ROMANIA, ITALY, TURKEY, BULGARIA We are looking for participants to our Erasmus+ KA1 Training Course ‘’THE CHANGE GAME’’ which is focused promoting intercultural awareness and cooperation towards fighting against marginalisation and promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities of the LGBT community in Europe. More information can be found below: Project Title: The Change Game Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Activity Dates: 28 September – 6 October 2014 Host Organisation: Ambassadors of Change Participants: 5 participants from each country. Contact person: Marisa Ieridou, ambassadorsofchange.cy@gmail Main objectives of the project: •To raise awareness, among young people and youth workers, on the concept of culture and the extent to which culture has an effect on the exclusion of certain groups in society, with a focus on the LGBT community. •To find intercultural and sustainable solutions in order to fight against discrimination and enhance social inclusion. •To involve participants in coming up with new ideas for projects that aim to strengthen solidarity, democracy, and friendship between youth and to limit and battle marginalisation of the LGBT in a local, national and international level. Financial Conditions: •Food and accommodation will be provided and paid by the organizers. Travel costs of the participants will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the course, based on the travel distance per participant in accordance to the new rules of the Erasmus+ Programme.
