CALL FOR PROMOTERS FROM KADAK SPOR CLUP Activity Plan Youth Exchange including Eastern European Countries will take place between 25 /02/2014 to 02/ 03/2014 The type of the project: Youth Exchange, Youth in Action 3.1 Name of the project: Orienteering: Running for Common Future Venue: Antalya, Kahramanmaraş, (2 mediterranean cities of Turkey). Organiser: KADAK SPOR CLUP Deadline for Participation: 20/092013(first apply will have priority) Working language: English – all participants are expected to be able to communicate using English language Overall Objectives of the project • To support healthy life styles through sport activities • To develop orienteering skills and knowledge of the participants. • To learn something new about the others, the other country and its culture which could encourage mutual understanding between participants as well as start to discuss about discrimination. • To let young people from different cultural and social background work together. • To establish a deeper long-term cooperation between the young participants as well as between the participating organizations. • To develop cultural awareness and tolerans of young people towards different cultures and enable them dicover their identities and roles as young individuals in European Context. Aim of the Project – Organising a youth Exchange for developing mutual understanding & solidarity among young people through orienteeering sport activities. Proposed Activities - Outdoor activities. - Games developing communication skills - Participating Orienteering World Cup in Antalya - Team cooperation and team building games - Trust games - Orientation and orienteering games and exercises. Teams: 6 young people between 18-25 years old and 1 team leader from every partner organisation. Financial Conditions -Accommodation, food and activities during activity days as well as visa costs are fully covered by KADAK SPOR CLUP - 70% of total travel costs for the meeting will be reimbursed when invoices, e-tickets, boarding passes and other tickets are delivered to KADAK SPOR CLUP. Methodology Programme of the Youth Exchange will be built on Non-Formal Education Techniques. In which, we aim to support to develop personal and social sides of the participants. Eligible Countries: EU Countries, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan. Responsibilities and Roles of the partner organizations/groups in the Project - To gather a team consist of 6 young people between 18 and 25 years old and 1 team leader. - To collect and send all the necessary documents for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of project. - To Inform,and prepeare team about the process of the project before arrival.
