CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS\\ -- submissions due 11:59 PM Sunday, July 27th 2014 -- -- WHAT? Project Intersect, Issue no 1: Clarion Call - Submissions must directly address contemporary radical (eco)feminist and / or ethical vegan concerns. We welcome 750- to 1,000-word fiction/nonfiction, academic/critical essays, book/film reviews, poetry, and visual arts (painting, photography, etc.) submissions. -- WHY? The first issue of Project Intersect encourages radical intersectional analyses that are sorely needed both in activist circles and in general public discourse. Join us as we establish new spaces for intersectional work and scholarship by engaging a multitude of voices in this renewed effort to make radical, vegan, ecofeminist critique accessible for all. -- WHO? All individuals, regardless of background, age, or profession, are encouraged to submit. -- HOW? Send an email to projectintersectzine [at] gmail [dot] com. Include your name, professional affiliation (if any), and a brief description of your submission in the body of the email.
