CALL TO ACTION! WY LANDMARK CASE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS CITIZEN SUPPORT IS NEEDED TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3RD Issue: Dana Jones of Natrona County has been investing in vintage classic cars and trucks for over 30 years. This investment is his planned retirement. He began collecting and storing these vehicles on his rural private property BEFORE zoning regulations were adopted by the county in the early 80’s. In brazen violation of Wyoming’s ‘Grandfather Clause’ (WSS §18-5-207) Natrona County is pushing for Dana to eliminate his collection and thus surrender his property rights. (Yes folks, this is Agenda 21.) Dana and his wife Judy have been courageously battling this in court since August 2010 and they expect it to finally conclude this coming week. This case will set precedence that will affect the entire state. A great turn-out of WY residents in the courtroom will demonstrate citizens standing united for all private property rights as well as the Jones’. Court convenes Tuesday, Dec. 3rd at the Natrona County District Court (7th Judicial District Court), Judge Sullins Courtroom, Townsend Justice Center, 115 N. Center in Casper. (Map: mapquest/maps?address=115+N+Center+St&city=Casper&state=WY&zipcode=82601&redirect=true) Court begins at 9:30am and will likely last all day (possibly running into Wednesday). Please show your support for private property rights in WY and try to attend at any time on the 3rd and stay as long as your schedule allows. If attending, please show the courts their proper respect.
